• 

  External Walls Artefoam Wood Grain

  Our Artefoam Wood Grain cladding comes in Tawny (standard), Aqua blue or sky grey. It is a lightweight, durable material which is environmentally friendly. It uses ‘kerracore technology’ with its foamed PVC core which is extremely resistant to impact and scratches and its hard PVC top layer holds its colour. Walls are insulated with ‘Superglass 36’ Insulation, giving excellent thermal performance, and is classified as having zero Ozone Depletion Potential & Global Warming Potential.

  Floor Construction

  Treated timber floor joists, fastened to rebated Timber Side Rails, make up the floor frame of the unit. The durable joists measure 150mm x 38mm and for transportation purposes, the units have a timber skid (100mm x 50mm) attached. Standard insulation is Eco – Brite Foil insulation. We offer a number of floor coverings – polyflor vinyl, carpet, carpet tiles and ‘wood effect’ vinyl flooring are all available and help to make the unit that little bit more bespoke.

  Pitch Roof

  Heavy duty laminate hypolon one piece blanket, laminated to 12mm plywood boarding fixed to Roof Joists which taper down from 125mm x 90mm to 125mm x 38mm to create the ‘monopitch’ roof. Like the Walls, the roof is insulated with Superglass 36 insulation. Water Drainage from the roof drains from two hypolon synthetic rubber rainwater outlets which are connected to white square line downpipes and shoes.

  Windows

  All windows are Black UPVC Double Glazed c/w Trickle Vents and Restrictors but vary in size depending on the size cabin you prefer.

  Interior Finish

  'Wilkins White' 12.5mm Smooth Vinyl faced plasterboard to Walls & White Vinyl Faced Plasterboard to Ceiling c/w 2 Part matching H –Section trims. Cove – white 40mm plastic 2 part section and a 50mm white two piece skirting for ease of cleaning.

  Standard Electrics

  All cabins are fitted with consumer unit, inlet box, spotlights throughout and 2KW convector heaters which can be controlled by a thermostat with timer. Our new build range also include 13amp twin sockets with 2 outlet USB chargers built in – handy for charging mobile phones. All Electrics are hardwired within the fabric of the building.

  External Doors

  You can choose from two types of external door on your Timber Clad cabin, either a steel composite ‘Kirncroft Door’ with a 10 Point Multilock or a Black UPVC Glazed or Non Glazed Door c/w a Eurocylinder Lock.
