48' x 13' genuine used Portakabin pullman office building.
Currently under full refurbishment for a now cancelled order.
The refurbishment thus far has included for the following works -
- Re-lined internal walls with new vinyl faced plasterboard throughout
- Over boarded floor, customers choice of new floor covering to be fit throughout
- Internal fit out includes for two smaller office spaces, a larger central open plan office space, a small 'driver sign in'/reception area with sliding window and a canteen space (layout available)
- Canteen area will be fit wit a sink, worktop and 10L under sink water heater
- Brand new roof
- New double glazed (white) UPVC windows
- 2No steel Kirncorft single external doors
- New DADO trunking to all three office spaces
- New heating, lighting and electrics throughout
These larger genuine Portakabin buildings are often hard to come by second hand - likely to sell quickly!
